What we collect when you use EvritinCars, why we collect it, and who sees it.
1. What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you submit: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and the description of the work you need. We do not collect anything beyond what the service requires.
2. How we use it
Your details are used to prepare quotes, schedule inspections, order correct parts and keep you updated on a job in progress. We may also use aggregated, anonymised data to understand which services customers need most.
3. Sharing with workshops
To carry out approved work, the relevant details of your job - vehicle information and the agreed scope - are shared with the workshop handling it. Workshops receive only what the job requires, never your payment details.
4. Storage and retention
Job records, receipts and inspection reports are kept for as long as needed to honour warranties and meet Nigerian record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete personal details we no longer need at any time.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal details we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to hello@evritincars.com and we will respond within seven working days.
