The plain-language rules for using EvritinCars - quotes, repairs, parts, listings and plans.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the EvritinCars website and services operated from No. 5 Old Leventis Building, Lebanon Street, Dugbe, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. By using this site you accept them.
2. Quotes and approvals
Every repair begins with an itemised quote. Work only starts after you approve that quote. Prices quoted are valid for seven days unless stated otherwise; parts prices may change if suppliers adjust availability.
3. Repairs and workmanship
Work is performed by workshops in our vetted network. Each completed job is documented with an itemised receipt listing replaced parts and costs. We do not perform work outside the approved scope without contacting you first.
4. Parts
Parts listed on this platform are checked for fitment against the vehicle details you provide. Fitment responsibility for vehicles described incorrectly rests with the customer. Where a supplied part proves defective on fitting, we will replace it.
5. Vehicle listings
Vehicle listings carry inspection scores based on checks performed at a point in time. Inspections describe condition at inspection date and are not a guarantee of future performance. Buyers should review the full report before purchase.
6. Care plans
Care plans bill monthly and cover only the services listed on the plan page. Routine plan visits must be booked in advance. Plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date; unused visits do not roll over or convert to refunds.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvritinCars' liability for any claim connected to a job or service is limited to the amount paid for that job or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of the vehicle.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published on this page is the version in force. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
